The center of commercial activities in the municipality is located in barangay Paldit where several wholesale and retail stores and shops can be found. The location of the commercial area is somewhat far from the barangays, however, the availability of transport services and the presence of barangay roads makes the commercial business district accessible to the rural barangays. There are 746 existing small-scale commercial establishments in the municipality.
